There are two sides of the USB charger, please make sure the right side which comes with charging chip is should be touched with USB 2.0 charger port's chip when charging. If it is charged successfully,It will display the charging icon when it is charging ( the green indicator lights will flash twice when it is charging.)
2. Can not install the App:
